Gary Leeper is Vice-President of Sales at Dairyland Seed Co., Inc.. He joined the company in May 2003.

Gary has direct responsiblity for Dealer Sales with Regional Managers reporting directly to Gary. Gary is also responsible for Distributor and Alfalfa Licensing efforts.

Gary has experience as a senior-level executive in the seed industry with 24 years of sales and marketing experience. An Iowa native, Gary began his career in the seed industry as a territory manager for Northrup king in 1979. In 1983 he was hired by Asgrow as a territoy manager, eventually becoming Regional Sales Manager. Gary left Asgrow in 1990 to join Lynks Seeds headquarterd in Marhsalltown, Iowa, as Director of Sales. Lynks was affiliated with United Agri Seeds and Dow AgroSciences. Dow eentually bought Mycogen and the Cargill seed business in the U.S. In his most recent capacity at Dow, Gary has served as Sales Manager for U.S. Seeds.

He and his wife Janet have three children and have relocated to the Milwaukee area.
