Fred Reckner is Vice-President of Finance at Dairyland Seed Co., Inc.. He joined the company in June 2005.

Fred directs the Accounting Department and is responsible for internal and external financial reporting and management of all treasury functions. He is a permanent member of the Executive Committee interacting with corporate management, corporate financial institutions, independent audit firms and the Board of Directors.

Fred has over 25 years of accounting experience working at The West Bend Company and most recently serving with an Illinois Tool Works, Inc. Division in Los Angeles. He is a graduate of UW Milwaukee with a MBA and the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a BS in Accounting. He is married with two children and resides in West Bend, WI.
