Dairyland Seed names Adam Stoffel as West Bend Site Leader


Dairyland Seed has named Adam Stoffel to the newly created position of West Bend Site Leader.  In this role Stoffel will have oversight responsibility for all Operations activities at Dairyland’s West Bend location, including Soybean Seed Production.  In addition, he will oversee Dairyland’s EH&S (Employee Health and Safety) activities at the site.

“Adam has proven to be a real leader for us.  He has earned the respect of employees involved in virtually every function at Dairyland,” said Tom Strachota, CEO of Dairyland Seed.  “He possess an innate ability to see beyond his personal area of responsibility and the judgment needed to take action that is in the overall best interests of the business.”

Stoffel will also continue to oversee all of Dairyland’s Soybean Seed Crop Plan and will continue to supervise its soybean seed production. 

Stoffel joined Dairyland Seed as a member of the warehouse staff at West Bend, Wis., in 2002, and became the Soybean Seed Production Manager in 2010. 

“I am excited to help lead Dairyland Seed into the future,” Stoffel said.  “I will work with others at Dairyland to continue to develop and improve on our activities with customer service being our top priority.”
